How Victim Support can help with this issue:
Trained volunteers offer emotional and practical support to victims and their families. This might be listening to the young person while they talk about what happened, how they feel about it and how they are coping. We can offer support to other family members as well who may also be affected, for example parents. Our service is free and confidential and usually takes place within the victim's home or safe meeting place.
