Youth Offending Team

General Description : Our aim is to prevent re-offending by children and young people. The Youth Offending Team offers interventions, advice and guidance to young people and their parents; direct work, mentoring and group work with young people, in relation to the causative factors of their offending behaviour.

Access and Availability : The Youth Offending Team provides a Countywide service in relation to young people in trouble with the law – largely young people on final warnings (often second offence) and court orders – plus some work with young people at risk of offending.
