The training is relevant to all those who are involved in making or supporting plans for children, including social work managers and practitioners, family support workers, youth workers, court officers, advocates, FGC workers and teachers. |
| Effective Outcome Focused Recording |
Project workers, team leaders and managers working in services providing one to one and group work support. |
| Evaluation Methods: Undertaking effective service evaluation |
Participation workers, Project workers and Managers or anyone with a responsibility for evaluating their service. |

The course will also support practitioners to meet Children’s Centre Guidance for working with parents, CWDC Induction Standards and requirements from Every Parent Matters and the Children’s Plan. |
